The faculty of clinical sciences is organised in seven districts but relates the following departments:
The faculty of clinical sciences is headed by Dean of Clinical Sciences who works hand in hand with program coordinators and highly qualified lectures. The faculty has dedicated members of staff who tech modules in their respective departments but also service other departments at the ECOHS and also work on part time basis in hospitals where most of their students go for clinical attachments.

This is a three years programme that equip learners with knowledge, attitudes and skills in the management of patients, clients and health facilities at all levels of health delivery system in collaboration with other departments and sectors, to enable the patients and clients reach their optimal levels of physical, mental and spiritual potentials.
Recruitment of students is through an entrance examination conducted by the Ekwendeni College of Health Sciences from time to time. Entrance examinations are administered in two phases; written aptitude test and oral interviews. A candidate must pass at least 60% aptitude test for him or her to proceed to oral interviews which will contribute 40% of the final grade.
